Clayton Slagle, colleague, friend and board member of Frontlines International, passed away in his sleep during the night of Thursday/ Friday, May 1st.
Clayton, true to his CPA background, always asked the harder questions in board meetings to ensure every angle was considered before decisions were made. He also helped ensure that Frontlines had exceptional safety protocols in place to keep our field staff and travelers safe. This included our approach to cyber security.
Clayton was a graduate of Baylor University with an MBA and attended Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He served for ten years with the International Mission Board. He was also a CPA who served as Director of Value Engineering for an international supply chain management software firm. He was the Director of Missions for his local church where he led with his passion to help others bring glory to God by making disciples of Jesus Christ and spreading His fame worldwide. He has touched people in many countries with his desire to serve the Lord
Please pray for his wife, Angela and family as they navigate these challenging times.
