Sweeter than Honey: Galilee youth prepare for outreach
King’s Kids Galilee recently finished a short camp for children, preteens, and families. Together they studied Psalm 119. Leaders say God worked deeply in the hearts of those who attended.
The team is now preparing for a Sababa outreach. Sababa brings together Arab and Jewish youth who have already met three times this year. From July 29 to August 3, the group will spend five days on outreach in the land.
About 50 people will take part, including staff and the youth themselves. The outreach will begin from the team’s home base in Ilaniyah.
The team is excited for what lies ahead and asks for prayer over every detail of the trip.
Christians in this region carry many quiet costs. In Israel, Messianic Jewish believers often face rejection from family and community for following Jesus, and Arab Christians navigate their own pressures inside a region long marked by conflict. The fact that our partner’s ministry brings Jewish and Arab believers together as one family in Christ is, in itself, a deeply countercultural act, a small picture of the reconciliation Jesus came to bring.
